These last days the url-burner shrt.st has not functioned. By a weird coincidence that is where I shortened the links to my conditions for using what stuff I put on my blogs. Here are then the full urls.
Ces derniers jours l'abrégeur des url shrt.st est en panne. Par coincidence c'est là que j'ai abrégé les conditions d'utilisation pour mon œuvre sur internet. Donc voici les liens en pleine taille:
Conditions en français
(shrt.st/ui1)
Conditions in English
(shrt.st/ujx)
Conditions Eng/Fr Music/que
(shrt.st/ui2)

US Move To Make Internet “Weapon Of War” Sparks Global Fears
...
A chilling Federal Security Service (FSB) report on the recently completed gathering of global internet professionals attending the Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF) held in Moscow on 14 May states that the consensus of these world experts is that not only will the United States not agree to sign the International Code of Conduct for Information Security, but fears have increased that the Americans are, instead, planning to use the internet as a “weapon of war”.

Smear campaign? Because, considering paragraph 3 giving states the right or even duty towards other states to pounce on a very wide range of contents, due to definition not by overt content but by supposed future consequences.

Even more frightening about the US, the FSB says, is that the Americans are “most likely” behind what is being called the most dangerous, and potentially catastrophic computer virus ever made that has the power to destroy whole nations and caused the United Nations yesterday to issue its most serious warning ever about what is called the Flame Computer Virus.

A computer virus cannot destroy a nation. Unless it has been stupid enough to connect nuclear weapons computer control to internet. If any nation has done that, it should disconnect the two. A computer virus can at worst destroy computers of a whole nation. But, remember, mankind used to live without computers not so very long ago.

But I suppose the computer virus is either an idle threat or a smear campaign against US, due to non-compliance with above article 3 of Russian-Chinese (i e Communist) code.

  • To cooperate in combating criminal and terrorist activities which use ICTs including networks,
    Note: cooperate.
  • and curbing dissemination of information
    Note: curb information dissemination.
    • which incites terrorism,
      Might be acceptable.
    • [which incites] secessionism,
So making a case for secession from Obama-care and Roe vs Wade would have to be internationally curbed?
    • [which incites]extremism
What is extremism? I read a book in which Jeanne Smits and all Monarchists in France were listed as "extremists"!
    • or undermines other countries' political, economic and social stability,
Undermining stability is a very wide spectrum. Like social: does it mean spreading info that undermines stability of families like pro-gay-marriage or which undermines stability of state interference with families, like anti-Swedish-Child Welfare? Does it mean curbing info spread undermining stability of companies by financial speculation incitement or undermine stability of banking system by spreading info about why taking interest is wrong? Is one undermining a country's political stability by reporting on atrocities like Tian An Men Square Massacre in 1988? Et c.
    • as well as [information which ... undermines] their spiritual and cultural environment.
So quoting Matthew 28:16-20 undermines the "spiritual environment" of Mormon Utah, of any Lutheran State, as well as of Mohammetan States? Quoting First Council of Toledo about "filioque" undermines spiritual environment of countries of Photian tradition, like Roumania? Disputing Heliocentrism and Darwinism undermines cultural environment of West Countries and Communist Countries? Disputing School Compulsion undermines cultural environment of any country that has outlawed homeschooling? Disputing psychological and psychiatric forced care and counselling undermines spiritual and cultural environment of modern totalitarianism?

One may say that the "International Code of Conduct for Information Security" proposed by - the permanent representatives of China, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan to the United Nations submitted a letter jointly to the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and that on Sept 12 2011, 10 years and one day from terrorist attacks - does not absolutely need be interpreted in such stifling ways as I suggested. But it certainly can be. And that is why it ought not to pass.
